The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a partner organisation being responsible for new services and systems, including Finance, Payroll, International Media Hosting Program (IMHP) and other (optional) components.
As part of this requirement Tourism Australia seeks excellent service and a strong commitment to provide optimum results.
Summary of Requirements
The successful Tenderer will implement a new system, or group of systems, covering the following functional areas:
a) Finance
b) Budgeting & Planning
c) Procurement and Contract Lifecycle Management
d) Human Resources
e) Payroll
f) Implementation of a replacement for several Java/Swing applications. Applications include Financial Management & Reporting, Agreements Management and Procurement Management. New solutions should be integrated directly into the new ERP and TA's existing Microsoft CRM implementation.
g) International Media Hosting Program
h) Trade Events Online – implementation of this system is out of scope, architecture and process review is in scope

The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not have been be named in Parliament as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth). .

The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not be listed as a designated entity by the Minister for Foreign Affairs by notice in the Gazette under s 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).  A consolidated list of such persons, entities and associated assets is maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade under the Charter of the United National (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 and can be found at http://www.dfat.gov.au/icat/UNSC_financial _sanctions.html .

The Tenderer must not be subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim.

Hard copies of each Tender must also be lodged in person as set out in this RFT on or before the Tender Closing Time.
