Administrative Support Services for Aged Care Compliance Requirements

The Department of Health and Ageing (‘the Department’) is responsible for the administration of the Aged Care Act 1997 (‘the Act’) and related Principles (ie regulations) (‘the Principles’), the Aged Care (Bond Security) Act 2006 and the Aged Care (Bond Security) Levy Act 2006.
The successful Tenderer will supply administrative services to the Department to support its compliance and evaluation activities in relation to aged care.
The services involve:
• document handling;
• data recording and reporting;
• client liaison, and
• maintenance of databases.
None in addition to the department's standard requirements
The Deed of Standing Offer will be for 3 year period, from June 2013 to June 2016 and will include an option to extend for 12 months to June 2017, which will be exercised at the discretion of the Department.
