Scanning and processing of Incoming mail

CASA is seeking solutions that deal with the following specific areas:
- mail opening and scanning services for general correspondence
- mail opening and scanning services for paper based regulatory service applications
- mail opening and scanning services for paper invoices
- confirmation of receipt of proof of identity and properly certified true copies before scanning
- processing payments, where applicants have not utilised on-line payment option
- identification and routing of documents received electronically (correspondence, application documents, invoices)
- secure same day transfer of scanned documents to the relevant business areas of CASA
- delivery of packages to CASA that have been sent via Australia Post but whose content cannot be scanned
