Description:

The primary purpose of an Airport Building Controller will be to provide the Project with comprehensive airport building and regulatory oversight services, as required under the Airports Act 1996 (Cth) (‘the Act’) and Airports (Building Control) Regulations 1996 (Cth) (‘the Regulations’), to support the development and construction of the Western Sydney Airport.

It is expected that the Airport Building Controller position will be performed by a Tenderer who is qualified and able to cover all required technical aspects of the Airport Regulations, including applying the Building Code of Australia to building and works applications for the Western Sydney Airport development.
