Power Operated Compactus for CSIRO Black Mountain

CSIRO through this RFT is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the Detailed Design, Manufacture, Installation and Commissioning of a power operated compactus unit for the National Library Archive in Building 210 at Black Mountain.
Tenderers are to note that there is a MANDATORY site visit on 11 May 2015. Please see Clause 5.11 of the RFT Head Document for full details
Subject to Clause 5.8, Unintentional Errors of Form, CSIRO will exclude a Tenderer from further consideration and evaluation if CSIRO considers in its absolute discretion that the conditions for participation set out in this clause have not been met by the Tenderer. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Tender, only requirements listed in this clause will be deemed conditions for participation.
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Time and Date;
at the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must
not have been:
i precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or
ii subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim
the Tenderer and any Sub-contractors proposed by the Tenderer are fully compliant with the Building Code 2013.
the Tenderer must comply with all Mandatory Requirements identified clause 5.11 of this RFT Head Document and clause 1.5 of the Statement of Requirement.
