The Department of Defence is seeking a single national provider to deliver specialist transition support services.
The Defence People Group requires the provision of services to support ADF members transitioning from military to civilian employment. The services required to be provided to members (including post transition) are:
(i) Job Search Preparation Workshops;
(ii) Career Transition Coaching;
(iii) Personalised Career Employment Program;
(iv) Transition for Employment Program;
(v) Coaching Support and Staff Mentoring;
(vi) Post Transition Survey of Members; and
(vii) Ad hoc services – any other services falling within the scope of transition support.
An industry briefing will be conducted in Canberra on 18 March 2019.
Tenders (including all attachments, annexes and supporting documentation), are to be written in English.
All measurements in tenders are to be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement unless otherwise specified.
Tenders are to include a PDF copy of the Tenderer’s Deed of Undertaking in the form of Annex A duly signed by the tenderer.
Tender must include an Indigenous Participation Plan in the form of Annex N.

For an initial term of three (3) years with an optional two (2) x one (1) year extensions.
