Provision of Automatic Meteorological Balloon Launching Systems and associated consumables and spare parts

Conditions for Participation:

The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:

the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time. or
the Tenderer meets the essential requirements.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Initial period of five years from contract signature. This includes supply and commissioning of the first AMBLs within approximately 9 months of contract commencement date.
