The ANAO is changing the way we work to achieve the vision of operating as a leading public sector audit practice. These changes aim to improve business processes, integrate the operating models and increase flexibility in the way the ANAO works. As a result the skills and capabilities of future auditors will also evolve as the business changes. The ANAO is reviewing its operating models including the way it manages people, place, systems and technology, and collaborate across the agency to deliver audits.
