Overview of the Stages 1a and 2a (over two financial years)
- Development of a single NCA Register by way of integration of the current Financial Register with the new Operational Assets Register in the Technology One system.
- Undertake the scope of the integration and alignment in two stages: Stage 1a (Asset Class: Buildings, Open Space, Dam & Lake) and Stage 2a (Transport only).
- Prepare a transition, integration; and re-valuation of assets for the purpose of an external audit.
