Request for Tender for Data Back-Up and Storage Solution
The Australian Department of Social Services invites suitably qualified organisations to tender for the provision of a back-up and storage solution.
1. Tenderers must, at the Tender Closing
Time, meet each of the following Condition/s
for Participation in order for their Tenders to
be considered:
a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity (see
paragraph 10.9.6 of Part B); and
b. the Tenderer fully complies with each of
the "Mandatory" requirements specified in
Response Schedule 3, Attachment A
(Detailed Statement of Requirement).
2. Subject to paragraph 18.1 of Part B,
Tenderers that do not meet one or more of
the Conditions for Participation will be
excluded from further consideration.
Commencement ASAP – 3 year contract with 2 x 1 year extension option
