Joint Logistics Command Warehousing & Distribution Facilities Rectification Works – Western Australia
Rectification works, including routine general electrical, carpentry, painting, civil/pavement works, and general maintenance.
The scope works include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Routine electrical works including, but not limited to testing and relamping, exit and emergency lighting installation and repair, supply and installation of additional GPOs, improvement of cable reticulation, test & tag electrical items; etc.
- Provision of mechanical protection to communications cabling & improving existing cable reticulation;
- Construction of new steps, landings, balustrades, decking & ramps;
- Minor Upgrade of existing and the installation of new fire protection & detection services works, installation of appropriate signage;
- Replacement and re-swinging of doors, door furniture, door hardware, door seals; etc.
- Repair / replacement of walls / wall linings, claddings and roofing;
- Civil / Pavement works / bollards / bunding; and
- Provision of high visibility line mark paint to delineate exit pathways, fall or trip hazards.
The Short Form Facilities Contract, Works Description Documents and Disclaimer and Confidentiality agreement are loaded on AusTender (under ‘Go to ATM documents’).
The Works Description/ Design Documents Appendices 4. Floor Plans and 5. Photo Library have not been loaded.
To obtain these Appendices to complete the Design Documentation (including Drawings, Specifications and Schedules), Tenderers are to follow the following process:
1. Click on Go to ATM Documents
2. Download the Tender Documents
3. Open item “02-NAT0498 - Disclaimer Confidentiality Agreement”
4. Print and sign the Agreement.
5. Return the signed copy to the Contact Officer/Tender Administrator noted below via email, with the Agreement scanned to PDF file.
Tenderers are to note that without the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement being returned to the Contact Officer/ Tender Administrator the complete Tender Documents are unable to be released.
Any questions relating this package of works are to be forwarded via email to the Contact Officer/Tender Administrator below. Tenderers are advised the last day to submit a question is 5 business days before tender close.
The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:
- The Tenderer must complete and return the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement.
- The Tenderer must comply with the Building Code 2013 at the time of submitting its registration of interest or if no registration of interest was submitted, at the time of submitting it’s tender. and
- The Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process.
