Description:

IP Australia is seeking the services of an experienced and dynamic childcare provider to input into the design, ensuring their approach and philosophy aligns with operating our new Children’s Education and Care Centre at Discovery House, Phillip. The facilities included in this Request for Tender (RFT) are due to be developed as part of a broader accommodation project at Discovery House, 47 Bowes St, Phillip, ACT, 2606.

Tenderers are invited to attend an industry briefing on Thursday 14 September 2017 at Discovery House, 47 Bowes Street, Philip ACT 2606 at 4:30pm.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenders must satisfy the Minimum Content and Format Requirements (ie mandatory requirements). If a tender does not satisfy the Minimum Content and Format Requirements, it may be excluded from consideration

Timeframe for Delivery:

Contract execution is expected in January 2018 with services anticipated to commence in October 2018.
