Request For Information on Energy, Waste and Water Data Management Products and Services
This Request for Information (RFI) has been developed to gather market information for products and services that facilitate better utility and waste services data management in order to test the viability of these solutions for the Defence business and systems environment.
It forms part of the Energy Waste and Water Data Management (EWWDM) Project tasked to undertake a detailed options study of viable strategic options which Defence Support Group may use to inform a Business Case to implement one or more of the options.
Specifically, the RFI objectives are:
• to identify potential capability solutions and their level of maturity;
• to identify market innovations to gain insight into current best practices for utility and waste data management;
• to obtain high level technical information to understand the support infrastructure for these solutions;
• to obtain indicative procurement and through life support costs; and
• to inform the development of potential procurement and through life support strategies.

Submission of completed Part One: Annex A and Part Two: Sections A, B and D are the minimum Response requirements for this RFI and must be completed for submissions to be eligible for further consideration. Respondents must include a signed Acknowledgement Form with their responses, which is attached at Annex A
