DIAC is seeking the following commercial off the shelf (COTS) software products for inclusion in a new DIAC Biometrics System:
• Software which provides facial recognition matching services; and/or
• Software which provides fingerprint recognition matching services.
Tenderers must include in their Tender an offer to provide at least one of these software products and may offer to provide both of them.
DIAC is also seeking associated services, being:
• Installation and configuration services;
• Advice and assistance which will allow DIAC to integrate the procured software;
• Maintenance and support services in respect of the procured software; and
• Provision of assistance and advice, including training of DIAC development staff to enable DIAC's further maintenance and support of the new DIAC Biometrics System.
Tenderers must include in their Tender an offer to provide these associated services.
DIAC may decide to include additional COTS software products in its new DIAC Biometrics System in relation to:
• Enrolment management;
• Workflow management;
• Reporting framework;
• Audit/administration services; and
• Security/Monitoring services
Tenderers may (but are not required to) include in their Tender an offer to provide one or more of these additional COTS software products. Tenderers should note that:
(a) DIAC will not select a Tender for one or more of these products only (that is, a Tender must also include an offer for facial image recognition software and/or fingerprint recognition matching software); and
(b) These products may not be procured through this RFT at all (e.g., because DIAC decides not to procure them or to develop them internally).
Further details of the Requirement are set out in Attachment A of the RFT document.
In accordance with clause 11.3 of the RFT, DIAC may select a single Tenderer for all of the Requirement, or a Tenderer for each part or some parts of the Requirement
There are no Conditions for Participation in this RFT process.
