Joint Logistics Command Warehousing & Distribution Facilities Rectification Works – South Queensland.
Rectification works, including general electrical, carpentry, painting, civil/pavement works, and general maintenance.
The scope works include the following:
- Routine electrical works including, testing and re-lamping, installation and repairs of exit and emergency lighting, improving cable reticulation, installation of additional socket outlets, etc.;
- Construction of new steps, landings, decking and/or ramps;
- Installation of appropriate signage (fire, exit, building, etc.);
- Replacement and re-swinging of doors, door furniture, door hardware, door seals, etc;
- Repair and/or replacement of walls, wall linings, claddings and roofing;
- Civil, pavement works, bollard installation, bunding; and
- Provision of high visibility line mark paint to delineate exit pathways and fall/trip hazards.
The Short Form Facilities Contract, Works Description Documents and Disclaimer and Confidentiality agreement are loaded on AusTender (under ‘Go to ATM documents’).
The Works Description/ Design Documents Appendices 4. Floor Plans and 5. Photo Library have not been loaded.
To obtain these Appendices to complete the Design Documentation (including Drawings, Specifications and Schedules), Tenderers are to follow the following process:
1. Click on Go to ATM Documents
2. Download the Tender Documents
3. Open item “01-NAT0498 - Disclaimer Confidentiality Agreement”
4. Print and sign the Agreement.
5. Return the signed copy to the Contact Officer/ Tender Administrator noted below via email, with the Agreement scanned to PDF file.
Tenderers are to note that without the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement being returned to the Tender Administrator/ Contact Officer, the complete Design Documents are unable to be released.
Any questions relating this package of works are to be forwarded via email to the Contact Officer/Tender Administrator below. Tenderers are advised the last day to submit a question is 5 business days before tender close.
The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:
- The Tenderer must complete and return the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement;
- The Tenderer must comply with the Building Code 2013 at the time of submitting its registration of interest or if no registration of interest was submitted, at the time of submitting its tender; and
- The Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process.
