RD002111 Host Broadcasting Services
The Department is approaching the market to call for interested parties to tender for the provision of Host Broadcasting services to support the upcoming ASEAN-Australia Special Summit at a number of venues around the Sydney CBD.
There will be an industry briefing on Tuesday 29th August 2017 at 2pm, One National Circuit Barton. While attendance at the briefing is optional, Tenderers are encouraged to attend. Tenderers should provide written notice to the Contact Officer no later than 4 pm Monday 28th August 2017, setting out the names and contact details for all persons who will be attending the industry briefing. Attendees who have not been notified to the Contact Officer by this time may be refused entry to the industry briefing.
