Provision of Forensic Medical Services for ACT Policing
The AFP will exclude an EOI Response from further consideration and inclusion in the subsequent RFT process if it considers that the Response does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:
(a) the Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time;
(b) the Respondent is to provide evidence that the Respondent has a designated fully equipped forensic medical examination/facility; and
(c) the Respondent is to provide curriculum vitae of suitably qualified FMO's and FNE's, that state their qualifications and/or nursing registration, who would participate in the 24 hour roster. This would comprise no less than five FMO's and four FNE's.
