Provision of Scenario Planning Services for Low Level Presence of Unapproved Genetically Modified Organisms

The successful tenderer will be required to produce a framework to describe decision points during the management of potential low level presence of genetically modified organisms. This framework will involve the development of possible scenarios including discussion of key issues, relevant stakeholders and potential management activities. The framework will identify key points where decisions, actions or responses may be required and what these may be. The successful tender will be required to present the draft framework to a focus group comprising staff from OGTR and relavant Government agencies which will workshop the document.
