Research and Evaluation Services (RES) Panel refresh Round 2 - 2018

The Department of Jobs and Small Business intends to refresh their existing Research and Evaluation Services (RES) panel. Tenderers can bid on one or more of the following service categories:
• Research Services
• Evaluation Services
• Data Analysis Services
• Operational Support Services – Human Research Ethics Committees
• Operational Support Services - Data Management
• Operational Support Services - Editorial and Writing Services
• Operational Support Services- Quality Assurance and Peer Review
• User-centred Design Services (new service category)
As this is a panel refresh, existing suppliers will only be able to re-tender for either services they don’t current provide or the new service category (User-centred Design Services), while new suppliers will be able to bid for the delivery of one or more of the service categories.
The Panel currently provides Research and Evaluation type services to Commonwealth, State and Territory government departments and/or agencies.
The Panel’s term is until 30 June 2026 and the Department may refresh through other tender rounds before the expiry date.
Tenderers must satisfy the Conditions for Participation:
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity or Partnership at Closing Time.
Tenderers applying for Service Category 4: Operational Support Services – Human Research Ethics Committees must be a Registered Institution or a Certified Institution (see clause 1.4) at the Closing Time.
The RES Panel was established on 1 July 2016 following an initial approach to market by the Department and is expected to run for a period of ten (10) years, concluding on 30 June 2026.
