An Implementation Partner for the People@ABS Project to implement Oracle eBusiness Suite Components
The ABS is undertaking a project, referred to as the People@ABS project, to replace the existing HR and HR reporting systems with Oracle eBusiness Suite components. The current systems were developed in-house and have been in place since the early 1990s, with the existing financial systems (Oracle Financials) implemented later that decade. ABS introduced a limited set of Oracle Payroll functionality in 2005 to manage payroll disbursements only. It is no longer feasible to maintain the existing systems.
The ABS has purchased, but not yet deployed, Oracle eBusiness Suite components including Oracle HR, Time and Labour, Employee/Manager Self Service, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and HR Analytics.
The People@ABS project is to provide a modern, standardised, flexible, and integrated HR and Payroll solution and associated reporting needs by implementing the new Oracle eBusiness components into the ABS environment.
The ABS is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Implementation Partner to work closely with the ABS on all of the activities below.
