Refinement and Maintenance of the Australian Greenhouse Emissions Information System (AGEIS)

The Australian Greenhouse Emissions Information System (AGEIS) is the DCCEE’s software that centralises emissions estimation, inventory compilation, reporting and data storage processes within Australia's National Inventory System.
The Department requires a Service Provider to develop and expand the functionality of the AGEIS as outlined in the element of work below. The DCCEE may require that some or all of these elements are provided in the proposed contract period.
The elements of the project are:
1. Enhancements to the utility and aesthetic of the AGEIS;
2. Implementing a Master Carbon Balance within the AGEIS;
3. Implementing new Global Warming Potential values;
4. Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the Quarterly Updates;
5. Investigation of Spatial Data within the AGEIS;
6. Implementing uncertainty calculations within the AGEIS;
7. General maintenance, service and support of the AGEIS, the external website and the associated documentation, as required by the Department.
The Department may also require additional services related to the AGEIS, the development of additional functionality or general AGEIS maintenance.
