Description:

The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) provides a range of services to assist in the provision of grants, compliance and general business functions. The Deeds Office is the Department’s contact point for the provision of business, property, registration and other related searches and transactions. These services are fundamental requirements in the provision of grants and risk management for the Department. In addition it provides paralegal services, storage of valuable titles and related documents.PM&C requires the services of an external Supplier to provide high-standard searches, reports and related services to the Deeds Office in a timely matter.

Conditions for Participation:

The services must be delivered through an online interface from an internet browser.

The provider must be able to provide searches and registration services in all Australian Jurisdictions.
