Provision and Maintenance Services of Runway Viewing Camera System
The Contractor shall provide the non-exclusive supply and maintenance of Runway Viewing Camera (RVC) equipment at current and future ASA sites. RVC equipement will include cameras, analogue to IP video encodes, building lightning protection, power supply, PTZ and video cables and Operator Positions.
Tenderers must direct any questions regarding the Request for Tender (RFT) to the following email address: procurement_ARFF@airservicesaustralia.com. Tenders will close 2.00pm AEDT local Canberra time on Thursday 03 January 2019.
The following are conditions for participation for this RFT:
- The Tenderer shall provide details and evidence to verify its compliance with the Runway Viewing Cameras Functional and Performance Specifications Essential (E) items.
- The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the RFT must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
- The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tenderer's Tender must not be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australian sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at http://dfat.gov.au/international-relations.security/sanctions/Pages/consolidated-list.aspx.
- The Tenderer shall state whether the Tenderer has had any adverse court, tribunal, industrial relations commission of Fair Work Australia finding, order or penalty awarded against it in the last two years (and if so provide details).
