Provision of Radio Communication Site Management Books satisfy Airservices obligations with regard to compliance with the safety requirements of ARPANSA Radiation Protection Series No
3.

Quotes will close 2.00pm (AEST) Monday 26 June 2017.
The following are mandatory requirements for Quotations to this RFQ:
(a) The Respondent and any subcontractors proposed in the Quotation must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
(b) At the time of lodgement of the Quotation, the Respondent must not be:
(i) precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work
(ii) subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim
A failure to meet these conditions for participation will mean that the Respondent’s Quotation will be automatically excluded from the evaluation process.
