This EOI is stage 1 of a possible two stage procurement process. The AFP may discontinue or amend this EOI process, or accept or reject a Response, at its absolute discretion. Following this EOI process, the AFP may conduct a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) stage.

This Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to indicate their interest in and capacity to provide an Investigation Management Solution (Solution) to the AFP, as described at Attachment 1 - Statement of Requirements

An industry briefing will be held in Canberra at AFP Headquarters, Kings Avenue, Barton ACT at 10am ACT Local Time on Friday 4 May 2018.

If the AFP elects to proceed with the RFT process, Respondents may be shortlisted and/or selected to participate in the subsequent RFT process on the basis of the AFP's evaluation of Responses. A failure to respond to this EOI may result in a potential supplier not being eligible or invited to participate in any subsequent RFT process.
Participation in this EOI process does not automatically entitle the potential Respondent to participate in any subsequent process.
