AACAP 2018 Design Services
The Army Aboriginal Community Assistance Programme (AACAP) is an Australian Government initiative established between the Commonwealth Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) and the Australian Army. The Programme uses the resources and expertise of the Army to improve the health and living conditions of remote indigenous communities, while providing valuable training to the Australian Defence Force. AACAP 2018 is to be delivered in the community of Yalata, South Australia.
The Project will be managed by the Army’s Project Management Unit, 19th Chief Engineer Works (19 CE Works) who have the role of Project Manager / Contract Administrator (PM/CA) for the duration of the Project, and will work in conjunction with the AACAP Steering Committee, PM&C and the Army Construction Agency (ACA).
The successful Consultant must provide all necessary design Services inclusive of but not limited to site investigations, design documentation, specifications, costing, development approvals, servicing and certification for the fit-for-purpose delivery of the following Works:
CPC-01: construction of a new Child Parent Centre
SH-02: construction of new staff housing (quantity two)
CH-03: construction of a new community hall (to be designed to 50% only)
WMF-04: upgrade of the waste management facility
RD-05: upgrade of community roads
CP-06: upgrade of the caravan park including new demountable ablutions block
The Tenderer is referred to the document with the file name " 170623 - 19 CE Wks - 204 - AACAP 2018 - Design Services Contract – DCA” (DCA).
Before downloading the tender and contract documents for this Project, Tenderers must first download and review the DCA. In subsequently downloading the tender and contract documents for this Project (with the file names “170623 - 19 CE Wks - 204 - AACAP 2018 - Design Services Contract - Tender Documents”, “170623 - 19 CE Wks - 204 - AACAP 2018 - Design Services Contract - Conditions of Contract” “170623 - 19 CE Wks - 204 - AACAP 2018 - Design Services Contract - Design Services Brief” and all enclosures to the Design Services Brief) Tenderers are deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by the terms of the DCA.
Tenderers must also return a duly completed and executed copy of the DCA to the Tender Administrator at the email address set out in the Tender Particulars.
