This RFT is intended to establish a Panel of suppliers who can meet the Department of Defence's (Defence) needs for maintaining the currency of desktops, monitors, notebooks and thin client ICT equipment. This RFT is also designed to facilitate access to the Panel by other Commonwealth Agencies, in conjunction with Defence's ordering cycle and where approved by the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO).

An industry briefing will be conducted on 15 October 2009 in accordance with clause 2.7 of the Condition of Tender.
