The existing community roads need considerable repair works and remediation works. Tenderers are requested to tender for three options which are detailed in the SOR.

Option A (full package) - completion of works detailed in their entirety. Option B (medium package) - completion of a reduced scope of works. Option C (light package) - conduct of a reduced scope of works (basic pot hole repair) and traffic calming.

The works across the three options will involve pavement remediation, storm water rectification and installation, installation of guttering, road seal, installation of footpaths, and installation of traffic calming measures.
