Expression of Interest for Project Management and Technical Review Services for the Western Sydney Airport Project
Subject to delegate approval, the Commonwealth, as represented by the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development (the Department), is preparing to undertake a Request for Tender (RFT) to procure an experienced Service Provider to provide PMTRC services for the WSA. These services will be undertaken as a component of the broader WSA Project and will require the Service Provider to work closely with the Department’s Western Sydney Unit and WSA project contractors.
The proposed requirements of this procurement include, but are not necessarily limited to: establishment of a Project Management Office; undertaking technical reviews on behalf of the Commonwealth for the WSA project; providing procurement oversight in the preparation and development of procurement activities; and general project management services, as required.
Interested Service Providers should address the criteria in this Expression of Interest. Only Service Providers who successfully address all of the Conditions of Participation and meet all of the Mandatory Pre-qualifications will be considered as potential Respondents for the second stage of the procurement, a limited RFT process (if approved for release).
