TGA through this RFT is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of three (3) liquid chromatography systems to support TGA laboratory testing projects
This procurement is being conducted as part of a planned replacement and modernisation cycle of aging High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems.
These systems will build on existing capability within the TGAs’ Laboratories Branch. The systems will be used predominantly for the analysis of pharmaceutical drugs and complementary medicines, according to international pharmacopeial standards.
The successful tenderer mustdeliver, install and integrate the Equipment into the existing Empower 3 environment prior to 31 May 2018
Shortlisted tenderers must be prepared to provide an onsite product presentation of the Equipment proposed within their shortlisted submission to the evaluation panel.

The Tenderer must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.

The Tenderer, its personnel, and any Subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the Closing Time, be listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).
- The Tenderer (and any Subcontractor proposed in its Tender) must not be named in the Consolidated list referred to in Regulation 40 the Charter of United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth).
