Request for Expressions of Interest for the provision of ICON Workflow Solution

The Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Department of Finance – Government Network Services Branch (Finance) is making an open approach to the market in order to seek submissions from organisations with the capacity and capability to provide a workflow solution to Finance.
Finance provides a high quality Intra-Government Communications Network (ICON) service to all Commonwealth agencies in the ACT region. There is a requirement for a workflow solution to assist the management and reporting of all ICON activities. The solution would be required to manage the workflow of both day to day maintenance work, and project implementations.
