This project comprises design and construction activities associated with the relocation of 613 Squadron Australian Air Force Cadets from their existing facilities to new facilities within RAAF Base Edinburgh, South Australia.  The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• design and construction of a new demountable building;
• construction of a new storage shed;
• construction of an undercover pathway to connect the new demountable building with an existing building on site;
• relocation of existing furniture, fittings, equipment and shipping container to the new site; and
• connection of associated services and systems to the new facilities.

The complete set of documents have not been attached. To obtain the full set of documentation, tenderers are to submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement as follows:

2. Download the Tender Documents.
3. Go to the Confidentiality Agreement
4. Print and sign the Confidentiality Agreement.
5. Return the signed copy by email, as a scanned PDF file, to the Contact Officer/PDS Contractor noted below.

Tenderers are to note that without the Confidentiality Agreement being returned to the Contact Officer/ PDS Contractor, the complete set of documents cannot be released.

Any questions relating to this tender are to be forwarded via email to the Contact Officer / PDS Contractor nominated below. The email to the PDS Contractor should have the ATM ID in the subject title.

The cut-off date for questions pertaining to this tender is seven (7) days before the tender close date.

An industry briefing will be held:
• on 23/06/16, commencing 12:00pm (SA Local Time) 
• at RAAF Edinburgh Bld 980 (EP2) West Avenue, Edinburgh, SA
• Tenderers should allow 2 hours for the industry briefing and site inspection.
• Details of attendees are to be emailed to: cw.pds@aurecongroup.com no later than 4pm (SA Local Time) on 21/06/2016. Applications for attendance after this time may not be accepted by the PDS Contractor / relevant Base.
• One vehicle per company is permitted on site and the maximum number of your personnel permitted to attend the industry briefing is 2.
•  Tenderers are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the briefing for site induction.  Please wear appropriate foot wear and clothing for weather protection on site.
• Note that all attendees must possess either a current Defence access pass, or a current Australian drivers licence or passport to gain access to the Base.

Tenderers are requested to make themselves familiar with the Design Documents prior to the Industry Brief.

The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:

- The Tenderer must complete and return the Confidentiality Agreement
- The Tenderer must comply with the Building Code 2013 at the time of submitting its registration of interest or if no registration of interest was submitted, at the time of submitting its tender.
- The Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process.
- Each additional condition for participation stated in the Tender Particulars (if any).
