Description:

The Services that the successful Tenderer(s) will be required to perform, if a contract is formed under the Deed of Standing Offer, are to undertake investigations into specific allegations of breaches of the APS Code of Conduct on behalf of the Department, and to report on those investigations in order to assist the Department to determine if a breach of the APS Code of Conduct has occurred.
