Voice Carrier Services

The objectives of the RFT are to provide the ABS with the best possible value and cost savings for:
a. carriage services for local calls and miscellaneous communications;
b. carriage services for long distance calls, calls to mobiles and international calls
c. related management and billing issues.
d. SIP connectivity options
This RFT does not include any facilities management of internal phone services or mobile carrier services
Other Commonwealth agencies may access any contract resulting from the RFT for the same or related services by issuing an instrument of acceptance, available from the ABS Contact Officer (please see Section 1, Clause 2.2).
