Description:

Finance and IPEA released a draft PEMS EOI on Friday 11 August and invited comment from industry by Friday 18 August on the suitability of the EOI content and format.

The PEMS EOI has been updated in response to industry comment and is being released for response.

The PEMS EOI is part of a sequence of activities to achieve solution advice and tender quality pricing to inform the second pass business case.

A draft PEMS EOI Industry briefing was also conducted on Friday 11 August. Attached are the on demand version of the web-cast from the industry briefing (http://livestream.education.gov.au/finance/11august2017/), along with the presentation from the briefing. Responses to the PEMS EOI are requested by 2.00 pm on Friday 15 September 2017.
