As part of ASIC's Financial Advisers Assessment and Professional Development Project, ASIC is seeking a learning and development consultant with particular expertise in Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA) to research the knowledge and skills required of competent providers of quality financial advice. The consultant will be required to conduct CTA of the different types of financial advisers in the industry, report on the findings, analyse the research and make recommendations.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth).
There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim.
