Provision of certification services for established ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems in the Bureau of Meteorology, with the view to expansion to other programs/services during the life of the contract.
The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
a. the Tender Response has not been submitted in accordance with the ATM and Commonwealth Contract terms and Conditions;
b. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Date;
c. Tenderer complies with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999; and
d The Tenderer must be a JAS-ANZ accredited ISO 9001 certification body with the ability to provide certification services to the Bureau as part of its regulatory and statutory obligations nationally and internationally and in particular, those associated with the United Nations International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
