DPS is issuing this approach to market in order to establish a panel of suitably qualified, experienced and capably resourced service providers to provide the Services outlined in this Statement of Requirements. Services are grouped by Service Categories. Tenderers may tender to supply Services across one, some or all Service Categories. The Service Categories are:
- Construction Management Services;
- Quantity Surveyor Services;
- Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC) Endorsed Consultant Services;
- Working at heights safety advisor/consultant Services;
- Building Management Systems (BMS) Services;
- Plumbing and drainage Services; and
- Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) Services.
