The Department proposes to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced contractors from which it can purchase chemical analytical testing services. The successful tenderers, upon entering a Deed of Standing Offer with the Department, will be included on the panel for the term of the standing offer.

- The tenderer exists as a legal entity at the tender closing time and date.
- The tenderer has participated in National Residue Survey Proficiency Testing (PT) to be conducted from August - October 2018 and acheived a minimum level of performance in accordance with the Proficiency tests Handbook.
