The purpose of this procurement is to approach the market to procure a Drupal based, Public cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to enable the implementation of a Whole-of-Government Content Management System (GovCMS) service.

The solution must use Drupal open-source software as the Software-as-a-Service Content Management System. The solution must be hosted on public cloud infrastructure, defined as:
“A public cloud provides services to users over the internet. Infrastructure is shared, and data can be located in different locations across the globe.”
