Data centre cabling and associated services
1.1 The Conditions for Participation are that:
(a) the Tenderer must have current certified accreditation with the manufacturer of each brand of cable being offered by the Tender in response to this RFT, for example Corning, Molex, Krone or AFL;
(b) the Tenderer must be a specified cabling system manufacturers endorsed Installation Company with at least five (5) years proven experience in installing and commissioning the cabling vendor data centre specific products (except for any products that have been on the market for less than 5 years);
(c) the Tenderer must comply with the Building Code;
(d) at the time of lodgement of the Tender, the Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded building and construction work;
(e) the Tenderer (and any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);
(f) the Tenderer (and any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under the Charter of United Nations (Terrorism and Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth); and
(g) the Tenderer must not have any court judgment against it relating to employee entitlements that has not been paid in full by the Tenderer (other than judgments that are under appeal)
