The Provision of Employee Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Programs and Associated Services
The Office of Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced Tenderer to provide an integrated, prevention-focussed approach to psychosocial conditions which may result from work-based situations. These services, known as “Wellbeing Checks” will be delivered to employees across the CDPP Offices and relate to:
- work related stress, anxiety or other psychosocial condition
- exposure to graphic or disturbing images and transcripts
As part of this tender, the CDPP requires that the suitably qualified and experienced Tenderer to also provide a standard Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to staff and their immediate families. These services, known as “EAP”, will be delivered to employees and their families across the same CDPP offices.
The CDPP is seeking tenders from experienced and occupational psychosocial health services providers who have as a minimum, demonstrated compliance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) National Registration and Accreditation Scheme Strategy 2015-2020 and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) Interim Code of Ethics 2015 and the Codes of Ethics of any PACFA Member Associations to which they belong.
The estimated contract period is 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2021.
