Supply and installation of Audio Visual Equipment

The Australian Human Rights Commission is seeking to upgrade its Audio-Visual equipment. We also are responsible to maintain the AV equipment of the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and they may choose to procure equipment and services from your response separately for them.
You must agree to the terms and conditions of the attached SourceIT contract.
Accessibility
Accessibility is of paramount importance to the Commission. Ensure that all devices are accessible or have alternate accessible options.
Requirement in Summary
- Replace aging video conference systems
- Install new Skype for Business ready video conference systems
- Add video conference features to existing conference phones
Note that all proposed equipment must be fully compatible with our existing Skype for Business system.
Please quote individually on each device/system including hardware cost, installation cost and warranty. Individual pricing is required to allow us to select items based on their fitness for purpose and value for money on an item by item basis.
Piggyback arrangements
The terms, conditions and pricing must be accessible to other government agencies.
Walkthroughs
Two walk throughs are available. Walk through will be escorted by Commission ICT staff, who will be able to answer technical questions (answers to all questions will be supplied to each bidder).
