Aid Advisory Services Panel - Education
The Aid Advisory Services Standing Offer (the Panel) was established in 2013. There are currently 17 Categories of service providers under the Panel. The intention is to include a Category 18 for Education service providers to the Panel.
Education is a central pillar of the Australian aid program. Australia supports lifelong learning through equitable access to quality education opportunities and skills development for children, youth and adults in the Indo-Pacific region.
DFAT is seeking access to a broad range of education expertise. Activities can range from providing technical advisory inputs to leading program implementation, and supporting agreed capacity development aims for stakeholders such as; government and non-government partners, DFAT, or other development partners, based in Australia or overseas.
The panel may be used for aid-related goods or services that are required by the Commonwealth, other official development (ODA) organisations and New Zealand Aid, but does not commit them to specific purchases.
The Minimum Content and Format Requirements are submission of the following substantially completed Tender Schedules:
§ Tender Schedule A - Technical Proposal; and
§ Tender Schedule B - Financial Proposal.
It is anticipated that the Education Panel will commence in September 2014 and will continue over five (5) years.
