This RFT seeks responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Services concerning:
(a) Disposal (and on occasion storage) of property
(b) Storage of hazardous substances
(c) Disposal of hazardous substances

The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that, at the time of lodgement of the Tender, the Tenderer:
(a) does not exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3);
(b) is not solvent or financially viable; or
(c) does not hold an Authorisation necessary for it to be able to perform the Services tendered for in accordance with applicable laws.
The AFP will not enter into an Agreement with Service Providers who have had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim. Tenderers are required to provide confirmation of this issue (refer Schedule 2 - Tenderers Details and Insurance).
