Description:

Finance and the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (IPEA) are releasing a draft PEMS EOI on Austender and via blog and invite your comment on the suitability of the content and format.

A PEMS Market day was held in July and has informed the approach for the draft EOI. The PEMS Market day assessment is attached and provides a high level summary of the market day outcomes.

The draft EOI is part of a sequence of activities to achieve solution advice and tender quality pricing to inform the second pass business case.

Please advise your comments on the draft EOI to AusPEMS@finance.gov.au by cob Friday 18 August. Following receipt of your comments, the draft EOI will be updated and released for your response.
In support of the PEMS draft EOI release, and as previously advised in a blog and on Austender earlier this week, there will be an Industry briefing today from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm to provide an update on the outcomes of the PEMS Market day and the EOI process and timeframes. The Industry Briefing will also be available via web-cast.
