Expressions of Interest for the provision of Technical Services
The Department is seeking innovative methods of delivering a long term, sustainable solution complementing the broader whole-of-government agenda for Convenient Services Anytime Anywhere.
The purpose of this invitation for EOI is to identify respondents with the necessary capability and capacity to provide services across ICT streams including ICT architectural design, business process mapping and intelligence, technical capabilities in the streams, ICT security, technical, business, procedural and user documentation, software design and development, ICT network and infrastructure design and development and ICT system support and maintenance.
The respondent and any subcontractors proposed in the respondent's response to this EOI must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The respondent confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the respondent has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, will comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
The respondent and any subcontractors proposed in the response are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
This EOI is part of a two-stage procurement process. It is intended that the EOI responses received will be evaluated to identify a shortlist of respondents who may be invited to participate in a select tender process. However, the Department may choose to:
(i) undertake an open tender process as the second stage of the procurement process; or
(ii) not proceed with any other second stage of the procurement process where it is in the public interest to do so.
