Request for Tender for Provision of Telecommunications Services
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
The Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry requires a telecommunications service provider that will provide ongoing telecommunications services to the Department.
The following services are in scope of this Telecommunications RFT:
a) Telephony Services;
b) Network Services;
c) Switchboard Services;
d) Video Conferencing Services;
e) Contact Centre Services;
f) Service Management Services;
g) Cross Functional Services;
h) Transition Services;
i) Disengagement Services;
j) Project Services;
k) Contractor Resourcing; and
l) Additional Services.
Subject to the correction of unintentional errors of form, the Department will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that the Tender does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:
a) the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the time of lodgement of their Tender;
b) at the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been;
i) precluded from Tendering for Australian Government funded work; or
ii) subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim; and
c) the Tenderer, and its subcontractors, must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012;
d) the Tenderer must be, or be willing to become, a signatory to a head agreement with the Commonwealth under the Australian Government Telecommunications Arrangements (AGTA);
e) any Network Services included in the Tenderer's solution must be provided by an organisation on the relevant IBNC sub-panel including;
i) Network Carriage Services;
ii) Virtual Connection Management Services;
iii) Internet Protocol Connection Services; and
iv) Major Internet Connections Services; and
f) Mobile Telephony Services included in the Tenderer's solution must be provided by an organisation which is on the TCCAS panel.
