Austrade is seeking to engage a contractor or contractors to provide Services in relation to:
-
the development of a Regional Tourism Satellite Account (RTSA) model; and
-
Tourism Research Australia requires a RTSA model to be developed to estimate the direct and indirect effects of tourism for each of Australia’s tourism regions. The RTSA should be consistent with state TSA and developed so it can be maintained and run in-house by TRA.
:
- the Tenderer must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) or, if named, the Tenderer must provide to Austrade a letter of compliance from the Director of Workplace Gender Equality prior to the date by which Tenders are to be accepted;
- the Tenderer must not have had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements where it has not satisfied any resulting order;
- the Tenderer and its proposed subcontractors must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, under administration or in receivership; and
- the Tenderer and its proposed subcontractors must not be named on the consolidated list of sanctioned individuals or entities maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945, the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011, and other associated Acts and regulations.
