The conditions for participation describe the minimum standards or essential characteristics which a Tenderer must meet or have, in order for its Tender to be considered.
The conditions for participation are set out at clauses 3.3 of the Conditions of Tender and will be determined as “met” or “not met”.
Tenders that do not meet the conditions for participation specified at clauses 3.3 will be automatically disqualified unless it is clear that a tenderer has made an unintentional error of form (as to which, see clause 2.10 of Conditions of Tender).
